Mr. Peter J S Hammonds, Adviser
  · A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, Mr. Hammonds also obtained a MBA with distinction from London Business School and was ranked third in class.

· Mr. Hammonds spent over 20 years in the field of company secretaryship in the UK and is totally conversant with all aspects of corporate affairs. In his last position at the NatWest as Group Company Secretary, he was Adviser to the Chairman and directors on their duties and responsibilities. He had primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with corporate statutes, regulations and codes of best practice, and the listing rules of the London Stock Exchange and three overseas stock exchanges. He was President of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and has proactively campaigned to modernize the Institute and been actively involved in implementing the necessary changes, including its new constitution, corporate governance, clarifying its mission, raising the profile etc. He was also ex-Vice President and Treasurer of the International Institute of Chartered Secretaries. In this role he had influenced the development of the Institute internationally. Additionally, it has afforded him the opportunity to visit many countries and meet business people from around the world. His membership of the Institute of Directors called for his active involvement in its Professional Standards Committee and Chartered Accreditation Board. Mr. Hammonds is also an ex- Chairman of the IoD's Board of Examiners for Chartered Directors.

Mr. Leo Chan, BSc (Econ), CA, CPA, MBA, Director and Founder
  · Mr. Chan graduated from the London School of Economics and London Business School with a BSc(Econ) and an MBA respectively. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick's London office and then moved to work in their Hong Kong Office. His solid education from world-renowned universities and training from a most reputable accountancy firm not only ensure his professional competence but also set a high ethical standard. He gained further international business experience through looking after the whole internal audit function of the Asia Pacific Region of NIKE. He then had exposure to all aspects of managing ventures in different parts of China through various business engagements in China which capitalized on his international exposure and understanding of the Chinese culture.

· The time in China served to nurture his passion to see it integrate with the international economy as one of the important means to resolve some of its critical economic problems. Above all, the Chinese ventures provided him with concrete insight about the vital need for establishing a bridge between China and the rest of the world for mutual gains. His background in terms of professional competence and integrity makes him an invaluable bridge between China and foreign investors.

Mr. T.C. Ma, CPA, FCCA, ACIS, MHKIoD, MSc(e-com), MBA

  · Mr. Ma possesses over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, specializing in audit of listed companies, initial public offer, merger and acquisition, tax planning and management consultancy.

· Mr. Ma started his professional career in the audit department of KPMG Peat Marwick in 1987. After leaving KPMG Peat Marwick, he joined the audit department of Kwan Wong Tan & Fong CPA, the then largest local CPA firm in Hong Kong, which merged with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1997. Mr. Ma stays with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu after the merger and was promoted as Senior Manager in the assurance division before he leaves Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu to start his own consultancy business in 2001.

·Mr. Ma possesses a Master of Science Degree in China Business Studies, a Master of Science Degree in Electronic Commerce, a Master Degree in Business Administration, a Professional Diploma in Accountancy and is a practicing Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

·Mr. Ma is currently an independent non-executive director of Chinese Estates Holdings Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong engaging in the businesses of real estates investment and development, securities investment and brokerage and money lending services.

Ms. Eleanor Ng, MSc (Marketing)
  Director and General Manager, Sino-Bridge Management Consulting Ltd.
  · Ms. Eleanor Ng holds a master's degree in marketing management and is currently member of and consultant to CEO Clubs China. Her China experience stretches for more than two decades, dating back to the early 1980s when she worked in Beijing for a multinational company establishing its presence in the country. Since then, Eleanor has had exposure to different industries including manufacturing, international trade, telecommunication, HR, training and recruitment. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Hutchison Whampoa, Shell, Motorola, as well as start-ups in Hong Kong and Mainland China and has held various management positions in the areas of sales support, business analysis, training, operations, general management and general consulting. Prior to her current position, Eleanor served as General Manager of Job88, one of the leading online recruitment service providers in China now under the management of Jobsdb, Asia's largest jobsite.

· Eleanor sees herself as a catalyst in promoting understanding between the East and the West. With her diverse experience and exposure in the past decades, she is well poised to be a bridge to help enterprises, overseas and in China, resolve business and organizational issues.

Mr. Maurice Herschtal
  Senior Consultant, Sino-Bridge Strategy Consulting Limited
  · Mr. Herschtal graduated as a chemical engineer in organic chemistry from University of Lille (France).

· Maurice accumulated an extensive experience of over 30 years in sales and management for companies in Europe (France) and Asia (Hong Kong and China) in various chemical companies. He spent the last 11 years in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other parts of Asia managing subsidiaries of Swiss companies. In his last position at Timcal Changzhou Ltd for 7 years as General Manager and Area Manager for Asia Pacific, he was in charge of the manufacturing plant in Changzhou and managing the Asia Agents Network where he acquired hands-on knowledge of the Chinese regulatory environment and local business practice. Prior to that he was Deputy General Manager of Lonza Hong Kong for 4 years and successfully developed sales in the region.

· Through his role as General Manager for well over 20 years overseeing Sales and Marketing, Production, Administration, Finance and Human Resources, , he has become well versed in team-building in multi-cultural environment, optimization of resources usage, streamlining organizations and implementing quality systems. In China he has gained valuable experience and insight in handling relationships with local authorities.

Mr. Joseph Ede, Associate, MBA
  · A graduate of the Advanced Institute of Management in Switzerland. Mr. Ede obtained an MBA, graduating “suma cum laude” and was ranked top of his class.

· Mr. Ede with more than 15 years of international experience working in consumer products, food, food packaging, fashion, jewellery, watches, for both small, large private and publicly traded, manufacturing companies operating in the USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Far East possesses an ‘in depth’ understanding of diverse cross-cultural human & business practices all around the World.

· Mr. Ede specializes in assist companies in optimizing their cross border operations in Asia and namely in China. Ensuring that Foreign Asian and Chinese subsidiaries of US companies are running optimally and in line with regulatory boundaries of the countries in which they operate. To support head office staff lacking adequate knowledge of local customs and operational environments and help in ensuring that information provided is accurate, timely and in line with corporate and statutory requirements. To provide head office with a reasonable level of comfort that adequate internal control procedures are established at overseas operations to prevent misappropriation of company assets.To help optimize operational structures, prevent misappropriation by staff and identify inadequately trained staff.

Mr. Sam Stearman, BSc (Acct), CPA, MBA, Adviser
  · Mr. Stearman's background includes experience in public accounting (Ernst & Young, Chicago and his own practice in Oceanside CA), multi-national corporations (UTC, LTV and Verity) and smaller emerging corporations within the finance-accounting arena. He has solid experience in diverse areas such as strategic planning, securities registration and reporting, taxation, contract negotiation and administration, due diligence, business valuation, treasury and marketing / industry analyses.

· He has been a student of China and Asia since he spearheaded a technical assistance agreement with the PRC in 1980, which ultimately led to his move to Hong Kong in 2003. Mr. Stearman strongly believes in China's future and is prepared to utilize his expertise to help Western companies grow their presence in this important market.

Mr. David Pun, MPA, MEC, MBA, BSc, Dip Acct, ACEA, ATIHK, Principal Consultant
  · Mr. David Pun, possesses over 18 years of accounting experience with heavy China orientation. Mr. Pun's exposure spans across an array of industries including trading, manufacturing, retailing, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and information technology. He has been engaged in various positions ranging from financial and tax, to operational and general management for the China divisions of several listed companies in Hong Kong.

· Mr. Pun has in-depth knowledge of different aspects of financial, business operations and management information system. He played significant role in the design and implementation of different ERP systems including distribution resources planning, manufacturing resources planning, SCM, CRM, management information, financial and operation monitoring, etc.

Mr. Jasper Yung, BSc (Eng), Associate
  · Mr. Jasper started off as a marketing executive with an international corporation since his graduation from the University of London in the early 1980's. During the past 20 years, he had work involvement in different business sectors which had both international and China orientation. Specific industries covered include building consultancy and contracting, trading, project investment, syndication and management, manufacturing and general consultancy work. The latter part of his career saw him taking up executive management role of a group of companies conducting a variety of businesses in China. With his wealth of business experience and extensive network in China, Mr. Yung is well positioned to provide comprehensive services and advice to our clients.
Ms. Echo Feng, CICPA, M Acct, CIA
  · Ms Echo Feng possesses over 8 years of experience in accounting and auditing, specializing in internal control and tax planning for Chinese enterprises. Ms Feng holds a Master in Accounting and is a Certified Internal Auditor (member of the Institute of Internal Auditors). Ms Feng is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Before joining the company, Ms Feng worked as vice manager in a medium size CPA firm in China. Ms Feng is currently branch manager of the Company's Shanghai office.
Ms. Angelina Wong, Lead Consultant, Executive Search
  · Ms. Wong graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with an honor degree in Business Administration. She has had over twenty years of proven track record in the areas of marketing and communication. She had held senior account management positions at McCann Erickson and Ogilvy & Mather, where she gained in-depth knowledge in the FMCG and retail industries. Her scope was further broadened by her regional marketing experience in major multinational corporations such as IBM, Apple Computer, Kodak; and marketing communication role for trade fairs and exhibitions at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

· With strong enthusiasm in human resources consulting, Angelina decided to pursue the HR consulting career in 2002. Her early search focus was on FMCG, Marketing Communications and Retail, and it has later on expanded to Manufacturing, Logistics and Procurement. She is primarily responsible for the Greater China Region and has successfully closed assignments for multinational companies for senior executive positions such as General Manager, COO, CFO, CMO, Marketing VP/Director, Sales VP/Director, Group Account Director, Regional Business Development Manager, General Manager-Asia Procurement, Group HR Manager, just to name a few.
